Accommodation consists of:

Bedroom 1 - double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, wardrobe and with a panoramic sea view over the field. 
Bedroom 2 – twin beds, wardrobe and with a double aspect view looking over St Gennys church and the surrounding cottages. 
Bedroom 3 - bunk room (2 beds), chest of drawers and with a panoramic sea view across the field. 
Bathroom – vanity unit, wc, bath with integral shower and screen, panoramic sea view across the field. 

Both Raddons and Wharrastone have recently been tastefully refurbished and are very well equipped with comfortable sofas, flat screen Smart TV with radio & DVD player, WiFi, dining table and chairs. Open plan kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven and ceramic hob, refrigerator with single drawer freezer, microwave and dishwasher, together with a large breakfast bar. 

• All bed linen and towels are included, but you will have to provide your own swimming/beach towels. 
• Both cottages benefit from gas central heating in all rooms plus a wood burning stove in the lounge area for the colder months.  
• Travel Cots with mattresses (no bedding) and highchairs may also be supplied if requested (at no extra cost).
• Each cottage has a separate lawn garden with a rotary clothes airer and paved terrace area with a picnic table. Also on the ground floor there is a laundry room for the use of both cottages – here you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, washing basket and clothes pegs along with an area for storing surf boards or hanging wetsuits. 
• There is a private car park in front of the cottages with one parking space for each cottage.
• Ample alternative parking is available just 50 metres away by St Gennys Church.
• Smoking or Vaping is not permitted in either cottage.
